Guarantee

Through selective breeding, GXO makes every effort to ensure your puppy is as healthy as possible. However, bulldog breeds (including Olde English Bulldogges) are prone to multiple health problems that are breed related. Buyer agrees to accept responsibility for breed related problems that are not life threatening and are treatable. These problems include, but are not limited to: cherry eye, entropion or ectropion, stenotic nares, skin allergy, demodex, mild hip dysplasia and heat intolerance. Conditions that are covered in this guarantee include, but are not limited to: severe hip dysplasia, tracheal atresia, or heart defect. 

GXO will not be responsible for any vet bills acquired. 

Puppies are guaranteed for one year from the date of birth. Puppies that have been injured or exposed to contagious diseases are not covered in this guarantee.

 

Conditions of the guarantee

1.) The buyer must have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours after arrival, delivery or pick-up, for a complete physical examination. If a veterinarian finds the puppy to have a contagious disease, we do not cover any veterinarian expenses or treatment since we have no control over exposure once the puppy leaves our home. We will guarantee the puppy will be up to date on vaccinations and worming. If a veterinarian does not examine the puppy within 48 hours after delivery or pick-up, this entire guarantee is no longer in effect. No money will be refunded, and no replacements provided.

2.) The puppy is guaranteed for 12 months from date of birth against FATAL and LIFE-THREATENING congenital diseases that adversely affects the health of the animal. This guarantee will only cover congenital problems of a severe or life-threatening nature. Refund or replacement is at the seller’s discretion only. If a replacement puppy is given it will be of equal value and chosen by the seller.

3.) All puppies are sold and guaranteed as “pet” quality only. GXO does not guarantee the fertility of any adult or puppy sold. GXO does not guarantee any puppy to mature into a show quality adult.

4.) Behavioral issues are not covered under this guarantee.

5.) This guarantee applies to the original owner only. It cannot be transferred.

​

6.) Buyer must house their puppy appropriately in a clean environment, provide vaccinations, worming, heartworm prevention, proper socialization, vet care, food and fresh water. If these conditions and requirements are not met this guarantee is void.

7.) In the event a puppy dies before reaching 12 months of age Buyer must have a necropsy performed by a licensed veterinarian to determine cause of death. Buyer is responsible for necropsy cost. If necropsy results confirm that death was clearly and directly caused by a congenital defect covered in this guarantee GXO will replace the puppy or refund the purchase price.

8.) The buyer agrees never to abandon, or surrender the dog to an animal shelter, rescue group or other similar facility, without at least first attempting to contact GXO to make other arrangements for the dog.

NOTE: This guarantee does not cover what in bulldog breeds is considered normal: cherry eye, entropion, ectropion, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, stenotic nares, over-heating or heat exhaustion, demodex and mild hip dysplasia.
